On the winter season finale of Glee, the New Directions won regionals and then went to support Rachel and Finn at their courthouse wedding. But in a shocking twist, newly instated head Cheerio Quinn was t-boned by a truck while texting and driving. The accident looked potentially deadly, but we now know for certain that Quinn survives the horrific crash. New spy photos from Us! reveal Dianna Agron filming an upcoming scene in a wheelchair! She was spotted on wheels alongside Kevin McHale, who plays Artie, in Los Angeles on February 21. Will Quinn spend the rest of her life paralyzed, or is this just a temporary measure while she heals from the accident?
