spacer As a small child Sada discovered that her alchemical mixture of butter, sugar, eggs and flour made people around her very happy and has been beating away ever since.

After much experimentation, her technique is slightly more refined now but her biggest thrill is still seeing the look of delight on clients’ faces when they take delivery of their cake.

At Flutterby Bakery we believe the best cakes deserve the best ingredients.  We only use locally sourced free-range eggs, fairtrade sugar and organic butter.

Sada would like to say she no longer puts mud or sand in her cakes…..
