The Pinnacle Business Awards have been recognizing outstanding businesses and businesspeople from throughout East Tennessee since 2005. Under the guardianship of the Knoxville Chamber Board of Directors, the award has quickly become a symbol of excellence within the East Tennessee business community with 54 award winners.

Award winners are announced at the Pinnacle Business Awards Gala, presented by BB&T, which will be held on May 4, 2012 at the Knoxville Convention Center. This black-tie optional event has become the area's marquee social event for the business community, attracting an average of 550 attendees.
