Our unique TicketSwitch software connects the ticket platform of the supplier to sales distribution outlets at a reduced cost, enabling the supplier to retain control of the inventory and customer base. The supplier is therefore able to reduce a significant proportion of their back office administration, whilst customers can purchase the tickets they want right up until just before the time of the event through whichever channel they normally access.

Ingresso provides a range of technology solutions designed to assist suppliers in enhancing specific elements of their ticket distribution strategy. The Ticketswitch affiliate solution allows you to gain access to tickets without contracting with multiple suppliers with the option to connect via standard links, XML feeds or be able to partially or fully integrate into our XML-core. Your customers experience real-time access to the best available live inventory which can be bought right up to the last minute. Ingresso will pay you a commission on a gross profit share basis rather than a flat per ticket fee, rewarding you for ticket value rather than ticket quantity. As payment collection, ticket fulfilment and after sales are provided by the supplier, the affiliate solution enables you to improve profitability on your ticket sales.

Melanie works with box offices, marketing agencies, ticket agents and producers to connect their product to sales distribution outlets at a reduced cost, allowing the suppliers to better manage their inventory and customer base.

During a career in the entertainment industry spanning more than 20 years, with particular emphasis on ticketing, sales and marketing, Melanie held positions at Applause, First Call and Ticketmaster UK Ltd latterly leading the Arts & Cultural division at a worldwide ticketing company in 2009.
