WARRANTY

Every product that Asterisk sells is covered by a six month warranty from the date of purchase. The hinges and frames of the Ultra CELL and GERM are covered for one full year. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of an Asterisk product, you may call Asterisk for a return authorization number and then send the product in for evaluation and possible repair. California state law requires that items accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. Damaged items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced at Asteriskʼs sole discretion. Damaged items not covered under warranty will be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Warranty servicing valid only in country of purchase. Service charges will apply if serviced outside the country of sales origin. Warranty void on all third party purchases such as eBAY and Amazon.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Asterisk respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites. This Privacy Policy outlines the information Asterisk may collect and how we may use that information.
