Together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Applied Material Research, IFAM, Plasmatreat has developed a new type of protective coating for solar cells. Dr. Uwe Lommatzsch, the specialist for atmospheric plasma coating at the Fraunhofer Institute, has received the German High-Tech Champions Award for this innovation.
