Thank You Mister Columbus [Cantaloupe Martinis]

Rumor has it that cantaloupes were introduced to North America in 1494 by the one and only Christopher Columbus. So, we have Mister Columbus to thank for this scrumptious cocktail. It’s the absolute perfect beverage for your next sailing adventure. It’s my reconstruction of the traditional Mexican drink known as, “Agua Fresca del Melon”. Its coastal chic and refreshing. So the next time you’re entertaining guests from the Midwest on your boat, introduce them to this Southern Cali specialty. They’ll go home thinking they’ve discovered the new world.
