Just one week after Chris Daughtry signed his record deal, Kellie Pickler Landed her own. Kellie signed with BNA records. "I've always dreamed of getting a record deal so now my dream has come true!" said excited Kellie after signing. Her album is due out October 31!
On July 17 2006, Kellie is scheduled to co-host The View on ABC. Tune in to see what crazy things she'll say next.
May 1 2006 - Kellie's Father was released from The Florida State Prison and on May 6th Kellie was reunited with her father, who was sentenced to prison for stabbing that took place in 2003. Kellie welcomed him with open arms and believes in second chances.

April 25, 2006 - "Unchained Melody" by The Righteous Brothers
Overall the performance sounded pretty good but Randy said there were pitch problems but liked the performance. Paula said that she loves Kellie but said Kelly needs to "raise the bar" . Simon said, it "deserved tears for the other reason." He said he thought the song would never end. He was cut off before he could finish. The TV show seemed to be in a big rush for time tonight. She was then voted out the next day on the results show.
April 18, 2006 - "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered" by Ella Fitzgerald
This was not one of Kellie's best performances. Kellie said she "I butchered it"! The judges said she did well in the beginning but by the middle it got pitchy. Ryan Seacrest told her she did good at rehearsal. Paula liked her shoes and Randy said her dress was awesome. She did look very good tonight.
April 4, 2006 - "Fancy" by Reba McEntire
She sang really well tonight. The judges thought she did very well during "Country week".
March 28, 2006 - "Suds in the Bucket", Sara Evans
The judges loved her performance! Simon Cowell said she should have picked a more popular song. He said her choice was "gimmicky", but Simon never seems happy, now does he?
April 11, 2006 - "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen
Kelly Pickler pulled this one off. It was a real tough song to sing being so famous and the judges thought she was brave choosing that song and did a good job.

She did well tonight The judges enjoyed her performance and said it was her comeback performance from the week before.
March 14, 2006 - "Blame It on the Sun", Stevie Wonder
The judges gave her poor comments, she did not sing well. Simon said it was boring and did not like how she looked. He said it looked like Dolly Parton.
March 7, 2006 - "I'm the Only One", Melissa Etheridge
The judges were complimentary. Simon called her a "naughty little minx." Kellie misunderstood the comment as him calling her a mink.
February 28, 2006 - "Something to Talk About", Bonnie Raitt
The judges were complimentary and felt it was an improvement over last week.
February 21, 2006 - "How Far", Martina McBride
The judges said her vocal performance were not the best, but said her personality would take her far.
Kellie Pickler, age 19 born in New Orleans, Auditioned for American Idol Season 5 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Raised by her grandfather Kellie is just a southern bell, complete with the thick accent, which many people adore. Kellie comes from a troubled childhood but you wouldn't know it from her appearance and her bubblyness. Also American Idol isn't her first taste of fame, Kellie has done several Miss America pagents including running in the Miss North Carolina pagent in 2004. Although she has had her ups and downs on American Idol she seems to be a favorite and America truely is "falling in love with her" as Paula Abdul stated.
