Is Burnout 3 even backwards compatible? Throwing in Burnout Revenge seems like it would make much more sense.

Don't know why it says Burnout 3, when it really is Burnout Revenge (just follow the link to amazon.com).
I tried Burnout and NFS:Carbon at a friends house last week (I have played all the other Burnout titles on the PS2), and Carbon is just boring and slow in comparison.
Now if they had an offer like this here in Germany I would buy it asap.
Unfortunately there's only a NFS:Carbon + Premium for 391 deal here (which is ok considering that the premium alone still costs 399).

Does Burnout: Revenge really sweeten the pot for anyone enough to get a 360 if you haven't already gotten one? Personally, I would have gone for this deal in a hearbeat. . . but then I also already have a 360, so it's kind of a moot point.

That's not exactly such a hot deal. Throw in Dead Rising, Gears of War, or Oblivion? Good. But a nearly 1 year old port of a last gen game? I'll pass.

If you don't want Burnout 3 (or Revenge - whatever) wait for Black Friday. Circuit City is giving you a game of your choice with a 360 premium (in store only). Free Gears of War is just the incentive I was looking for.
Do we have a Black Friday thread here yet? We need one.

I really like burnout revenge, it's a lot of fun, though, there are a lot of good deals that take off a cost for the 360 equal to that of burnout revenge.
