This is a development day for senior managers with responsibility for the implementation of e-safety policies and practice in college, including in the residential setting and across the curriculum. As it is the beginning of term I thought I’d post a short inspirational piece about the newsletter (Star-Tek) that National Star College produce twice a year for their staff and students.
In each publication contains news about technology developments within the college, work being done by students as well as staff development opportunities and external news. I know one of the problems within any organisation is getting the use of technology embedded across the curriculum and this seems to be a great idea for one college.
Well it’s taken nearly all the summer but we do now have a selection of video guides for In-Folio. Matt Harrison did some superb guides before he finished for the break and I’ve added a couple of basic introductions.
