Quick Note About My Appearance
As you undoubtedly have noticed, I have added another page to this blog. I am sorry if I am insulting your observational skills, but I will overlook any ripostes with good grace.
This “other” page chronicles my appearances and disappearances from the world. Particularly and specifically those that have to do with readings. Of poems (or other stuff). From my book (or other stuff). For example, listed NOW! NOW! NOW! are the four readings I’ll be doing before the year is out.
Most immediate: The Poison Pen Reading Series where I’ll be reading with Janine Joseph and Joel Orr, this Thursday (August 27, 2009), starting at 8:30 pm. The reading takes place at the Poison Girl Bar, and if you don’t know where that is (1641 Westheimer Road) then shame on you! This reading is, on my part, a result of an individual artist grant from the Houston Arts Alliance! (Which is awesome, by the way — both the grant and the organization)
