Welcome to Squannacook River Runners’ website. We’re a small local running club centered in Groton, Massachusetts, dedicated to the pursuit of good running and good company.We meet year-round for weekly runs, and we organize and host the Groton Road Race each April – widely recognized as one of the best and most scenic road races in New England.We welcome runners of all abilities, as well as non-runners who wish to promote athletics and fitness in the community.

Sundays, 9 am - Runs from Groton Town Hall.

Wednesdays, 7:00 pm - Indoor track access.

Saturday run update!

I just wanted to add a few lines about the Saturday morning runs. The last two weeks we have had a small but great group of people (Howard, Jason, Maria, Phil, Kim and I) run from the town hall on Saturday mornings. We are pretty much doing about the same thing as the Sunday runs, but this is a great option for people who may not be able to make the Sunday run or want to add and extra day.
