About
temporaneità is the Italian word for temporariness (or temporarinesses). I chose it because I think about my posts as temporary. Nothing lasts forever and the hourglass at the right of each page serves to remind us of this idea, which should be thought of as a generalization of “Memento Mori” (or merely a special case of Πάντα ῥεῖ).
This blog was created to collect:
- the tips and trivial hacks that are not important enough to be released as autonomous projects;
- the thoughts (I call them “English scratches”) that I found fun to share and tentatively write.
I want to express my gratitude to all the kind people who corrected my English:
- Vivien Bamforth (Italy / United Kingdom)
- David Freeman (United Kingdom)
- Rebecca Uban (United States of America)
The picture of the hourglass was taken by Guilherme Silva and worked out by Fabrizio Pegoraro.
