 Course :        Wheel measured by Doug White. Starts and finishes at the Swim Club with some rolling hills. Course map
 Amenities:    Long Sleeve tech tees for first 150 to register.  Refreshments, use of showers and lockers  
                      Bring lock and towel.  Post race raffle prizes and coupon for free day at DE Swim and Fitness.
 Timing:         NOVA Timing Systems will use the IPICO chip timing system                           
Awards:        Overall male and female plus top 3 in ten year age groups 18 under to 70 over.

Race Time:     9:00 am  (registration opens at 7:45 am)                                                                                                  
Location:        Central Branch YMCA, 11th & Washington Streets, Wilmington, DE.              Directions                
Benefits :       Central Branch YMCA and in memory of Mike Clark.
 Sponsors:       Progressive Software Computing, Inc.,  Enterprise Flasher,
                       Pine Mt. Water Co. and Central YMCA. 
 Course:          USATF certified.  Starts and finishes at Central Y.    Google course map.    
                       Water at 4 1\4 mile mark and 7 1\4 mile mark.  Water and gatorade at registration and finish.

Amenities:     Long sleeve MOCK Tech shirts to first 400 registered plus post race refreshments including pizza.  
                             The Washington Street Ale House will provide a free beer to all runners who stop by
                             after the race wearing a race number.   Great place to watch football.  |

                             Located right behind the Central Y on Washington Street.  
 Timing:         NOVA Timing Systems  will use the MyLaps disposable bib tag
                      that is worn on the back of your race number.

                            NO WALKERS ALLOWED for your own safety.  2:20 minute time limit.

 Course:         Out and back course starting behind Trolley Square and finishing on Rattlesnake Run under
                       the Lovering Street Bridge.    Course map
                              IF weather permits us from running this route we will an alternate route that goes from
                       Kelly's Logan House to Rockford Park and back.
 Amenities:     Tech Tee shirts to all registered participants, great post race party with pizza, beer, music.
