Title

Bereaved and Blessed refers to who I am, where I have been, what I write about and the direction I am moving. It describes me, my family and many of my readers. I think it shows that though I will always be a bereaved mother, relative and friend because of the loved ones that I have lost, through my journey I have also learned the importance being able to focus on, feel gratitude for and name my blessings. I try to help others through my writing who have also experienced loss (of a loved one or of a dream for their life and how they thought it would be, which includes those dealing with infertility, adoption and pregnancy/neonatal loss).
