Political Science Professor Named Fulbright Scholar

Gaspare M. Genna, Ph.D., associate professor of political science at The University of Texas at El Paso, will be awarded a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to attend and participate in a seminar series on “Nation-State and European Identity” this summer.

UTEP and The Met Meet for ‘Figaro’

The ghost of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart will come to life on stage and in front of thousands when the lights go down for the production of The Marriage of Figaro on March 15, 17 and 18 at the Magoffin Auditorium on The University of Texas at El Paso campus. The production of this time honored and classic opera is one of many continuing collaborations between UTEP and the El Paso Opera.

Students Give Back Through Project MOVE
