In 2010 he wrote and starred in a feature film entitled Bad Posture, a neo-western set in his hometown. Directed and shot by filmmaker Malcolm Murray, Bad Posture premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, and was selected as one of the festival's Ten To Watch of 2010. In addition to freelancing and filmmaking, Florian works as a teaching assistant for Type@Cooper, a post-graduate program in type design at Cooper Union. His favorite projects combine careful typography, mysterious imagery, and interesting language.
