A growing movement of unions, community groups, worker centers, legal services, plaintiffs' attorneys and some public agencies are working to make headway against wage theft and the erosion of the minimum wage floor and right to overtime pay. In support of these efforts, and in collaboration with many experienced advocates working to combat wage theft through private litigation, policy advocacy, and organizing, NELP has created a clearinghouse to provide a central location for resources in these areas, and to foster communication among those working in the field.

This National Wage and Hour Clearinghouse contains extensive litigation materials, information on public agency wage enforcement, model legislative reforms, research, data, and practice guides, and information on different sectors and types of workers. NELP also moderates a Clearinghouse listserve and notifies members about important wage and hour news and developments.

To sign up for membership in the Clearinghouse (available for worker advocates only), please click on Join the Clearinghouse to the left. Upon approval, members will obtain passwords to enter the Clearinghouse. We are offering a free trial membership for the first three months, after which we will request payment if applicable ($100 per password each year for private attorneys, unions, and academics, no fee for other non-profit organizations).
