Architect's rendering of the proposed engineering center.
This is an exciting time to be part of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Auburn. We have a dynamic and energetic faculty committed to delivering high quality instructional, research, and outreach programs. Our students are talented, hard-working, and highly sought by industry. CSSE provides a collegial atmosphere where faculty and students can interact and explore their full potential.
We are eagerly anticipating the construction of the new engineering center, which will be our department's new home. The proposed engineering center (above) is scheduled for completion in Fall 2007 and will provide a state of the art facility in which CSSE can continue to grow and flourish.
Our department offers three undergraduate degrees: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Wireless Engineering, and Bachelor of Software Engineering. At the graduate level students can earn a Master of Science, Master of Software Engineering, as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy degree.
We invite you to explore this site and learn more about us and what we have to offer. If you can't find the information that you need, please feel free to contact us directly. War Eagle!
