Seems like only a year ago that I was at Miss Bossy Boots studios shooting Sam Sparro in amazing Comme Des Garcons, Trimapee etc outfits. When we really thought about it last night though it’s been over 2 and a half years. Last night I caught up with Sam Sparro as he was back in town for a show at The Toff. Can’t wait for his new album release in May. Looking back at our old photos is nuts… all look so young.

I was given this babe of a ring from Jake who’s the jeweller behind Melbourne label ‘Drawn & Quartered‘ at the PHM opening this year. The name of the ring is cool as well – it’s something my grandma used to use when I was a child to scare me, ‘Baba Yaga’ was used in European folklore – she flies around kidnapping children – why they would ever tell you stories like that I have no idea. Anyway – if you haven’t seen Jakes designs yet I highly suggest you do – this is the same designer that made me the OHJAMIE name plate last year. He takes custom orders for name plates so shoot him an email. Thanks again Jake!
