SUPERNOVA CD Release Shows: Midwest, West & East Coast!

Another huge round of thanks to everyone who pre-ordered the new Girlyman CD, SUPERNOVA! We’re thrilled to announce that the CDs were sent out TODAY!
If you didn’t get around to pre-ordering, you can still get your new Girlyman CD very soon (and signed) by coming to a SUPERNOVA CD Release Show near you. We’re heading to the MIDWEST later this week, and we’ll have our brilliantly talented friend Edie Carey along. This is our first tour together and we’re excited as heck!
If you’re on the WEST or EAST COAST, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered in March and April (respectively). Click here for tour dates, get your tickets, and come celebrate the release of SUPERNOVA with us! We sure have a lot to celebrate.

I got it today!!! I’m ripping it to iTunes then phone and pushing play!!!
I got mine in the mail today! Passed the second copy on immediately (to my mom – huge fan.) However, I didn’t get the tuning-song CD, even though I ordered 2. Any clues?
While we’re much too awesome to ever admit a mistake, we’ll put a tuning song CD in the mail pronto.

LOVE the new CD!!! Normally, there are a couple of songs on any new CD for which I reserve judgment and don’t take to right off the bat (although I usually come around after listening more.) This one, however, is a total winner all the way around. Of course, some of the songs are familiar from live performances, e.g. Supernova, Empire of Our State, etc., but I really love ALL of these songs. Well done, Girlyman!

Adore the new album. It’s soulful, deep, rich like Kona coffee. I totally love Emily’s vibe on Empire of Our State. Can’t wait to see you at the Ark.
My kids and I are enjoying the new album. Our 6 year old was asking if there were stories behind some of the songs – I suspect he isn’t the only one who would love to hear/read about some of the songs. (He is also threatening to start lobbying Club Passim for an afternoon kids show because he never gets to stay up late to see you all live!)
Please tell me you’re coming back to NC soon!
