Registration and confirmation information
Conference fees and registration
Deadline for official registration is 1 July 2012. Places are limited. Please note that participants who wish to register after 1 July 2012 will be subject to a 50 Euro charge in addition to the applicable registration fee.
The Conference fee covers admission to the event, participation in all sessions, Conference materials, study tours, 3 lunches, coffee breaks, one evening reception and one dinner. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please make sure that you book your accommodation as soon as possible.
Languages
English will be the Conference working language for plenaries, workshops and theme sessions.
Liability
The programme and speakers are subject to change. Should the conference be cancelled due to force majeure, unavailability of the conference venue, speakers being prevented or else, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference. In case of cancellation all participants will promptly be informed. The cancellation due to low attendance will not be made later than two weeks prior to the conference. In this case, all registration fees will be reimbursed.
Cancellation / Substitution
You may cancel your registration at no cost if written notice of cancellation is received by the EcoProcura 2012 Conference Secretariat before 1 July 2012. Cancellations received after this date will be charged a fee of 50 Euro.
Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant without additional cost. Please inform the EcoProcura 2012 Conference Secretariat in writing. The substitute participant should register as well.
Payment details
Full payment is required in order to confirm registration. A confirmation of payment will be sent via email. However, receipts will only be issued upon request. For enquiries about registration and payments, please email ecoprocura2012@iclei.org
