What Is InteliSend™?
InteliSend™ is what your email and direct marketing initiatives have been waiting for… A software suite designed for the sending, organization and management of bulk email and bulk email lists, that can be accessed from anywhere via a web browser. L&P Media’s InteliSend™ product offers the ability to send broadcast e-mail messages, with a custom “To”, “From” (display name), “Subject”, and “Body”, All fully managed by YOU!
How InteliSend™ Works…
- E-mails are created and managed via a simple administration content management screen (similar to MS Word). Editable areas shall include: subject, display name from and body. The editable area shall display around or “wrap” into one of any chosen HTML templates.
- InteliSend™ administrators have the ability to send an InteliSend™ message to a list located on their desktop PC/network, or to pre-loaded databases.
- InteliSend™ “scrubs” for duplicates requested, removals and e-mail syntax errors.
- Invalid e-mail accounts and bounce-backs shall return to a blind account and be dumped. As an option, invalid e-mails may be stored and sent to the administrator.
- Recipients may reply to the sender or another e-mail address of the administrator’s choosing.
- The InteliSend™ administration tool offers the ability to send the HTML e-mail within multiple different pre-created templates.
- The recipient shall have the option to be added to a remove list ("do-not-send list").
- A log of the “sent messages” and “quantity sent to” shall be available in a text format in the administration section.
- InteliSend™ offers the ability to pre-schedule a time to send an InteliSend message. For example: you could create the message at 8:00am and set the system to send the message the following day at noon.
- InteliSend™ offers detailed metrics. For example: the ability to count the persons that open the message, and what internal or external links they viewed.
