Are you interested in climbing and other mountain activities? Do you want to meet young people from other countries? Do you want to improve your mountaineering skills? We organise events for you in mountains all over the world including youth camps, expeditions, festivals and hiking, skiing and rafting.

A key component is the coordination of Member Federation events held under the name, Global Youth Summit.

On top of this, the UIAA assists and advises event organisers and provides valuable resource material.

Global Youth Summit

The Global Youth Summit is the name for UIAA youth events which promote peace and cooperation between countries and protection of the environment. Read about the exciting 2010 activities and learn about the 2011 schedule of events.

Help for event organisers

Would your federation like to organise a youth event in 2010? Check out our recommendations and advice. If you follow our criteria we can include your event in our Global Youth Summit calendar and publicise it to youth in other countries!.
