Stowe: A Summer Tradition
NEW RELAY FOR 2012: Now, there's even a better reason to run Stowe. For 2012, we will include a two person relay option. The first leg of the relay will be 3 miles and the second leg, 5 miles. Come on up to Stowe and join the fun. (Relay limited to 100 teams so sign up early)
THE COURSE: As beautiful as ever this eight mile single-loop course starts just off Mountain Road in the town of Stowe (the town events field on Weeks Hill Rd.). A rolling course with flat sections that proceeds through the beautiful Vermont countryside and takes you through the heart of Stowe.
START: 9:00 AM sharp on Sunday. Report to the starting line at the town fields just off the Mountain Road on Weeks Hill Road. by 8:50.
Finish Party: After the race, come join us for the celebration! Located at the Ye Olde England Inne.
Finish Location: The finish is on the front lawn of the Golden Eagle Resort as 2010 and 2011 years.
The famous after race party with Smuttynose crafted beer and ice cream is at the Ye Olde England Inne.

We also support the Stowe Recreation Scholarship Program and hope you will too! The program allows residents of Stowe to participate in Rec programs no matter their economic status.
