Docent Porgram With the startup of exhibitions at the Peoria Municipal Gallery, docents are needed for the current and future shows. Prospective docents should contact info@wvam.org for information regarding training and scheduling. Matching Gifts During re-organization the Museum is still accepting donations that will assist in the re-birth of West Valley Art Museum in the future.
Donate Art to WVAM
WVAM is still accepting donations of art to build its Collection and to raise funds. Art for the Collection must be Ethnic Dress (authentic costumes from around the world), Fine Prints (see definition in the Collection section) or Arizona artists. All other art donated will be used to raise money for the re-opening of West Valley Art Museum. Giving in Honor of Another Many donors find they can honor a family member or friend and at the same time help WVAM. A contribution can be made in honor of a birthday, graduation, wedding, anniversary, or any special occasion. A memorial gift can honor the memory of someone who enjoyed the museum. Foundation support from generous contributors has been a significant source of stability for WVAM. This support and commitment to our community will help guarantee the vitality of our world-class institution for decades to come. Foundation gifts improve the quality of life for museum-goers, their families and our society as a whole.
