The Global Leadership & Sustainable Success Forum for Women

The Inaugural GLASS Forum for Women is now being organized for June 6-8, 2012. Like DAVOS is for its constituency, GLASS is designed to be the power place for global women leaders focused on sustainable success. The GLASS Forum is an invite-only annual event convening the world’s most extraordinary brain trust of women in sustainability — including renewable energy policy, business, media, social investment, social impact leaders and visionaries.
The GLASS Forum will bring the world’s top women voices, decision-makers and influencers together in collaboration to address and create solutions to the world’s greatest economic, environmental and social issues. The GLASS Forum is being established as a 501c3.
The Annual GLASS Forums will be a gathering place to update and work with women leaders on corporate and NGO success models and other critical projects by inviting thought leaders, CEOs, and key policy makers as speakers and guests. The event will focus on a set of global issues and corporate needs identified by Forum attendees. Participants will:
- Discuss the biggest challenges and opportunities to solving our global sustainability needs.
- Uncover new ways organizations can contribute to solving some of today’s biggest sustainability challenges — and create measurable savings internally.
- Interact with experts who can help facilitate implementation of sustainability solutions from a policy, business and/or market standpoint.
- Work with governments to provide incentives that assist GLASS organizations to meet goals established in The GLASS Forum.
The GLASS Founding Retreat is being held November 10-11, 2011 in St. Augustine, Florida.
