Our truffles and chocolate products are made with the finest ingredients including Felchlin Maracaibo chocolate, organic cream and fresh spices, herbs, fruit and nuts.

We have milk, dark and white truffles with exotic fillings such as Orange Cayenne and Pumpkin Spice as well as traditional flavors such as Caramel and Raspberry.

Each chocolate is individually molded into a variety of shapes and topped with everything from edible colored glitter to multi-colored geometrical and floral designs and even real gold flakes.

Upcoming Events:

February 3 & 4, 2012: Enumclaw Chocolate Festival ~ www.enumclawchocolatefestival.com/ (Eat Chocolates will not be participating but this is a wonderful event with delicious chocolate & wine.)

April 20, 2012: Pike Place Market hosts the second - Arcade Lights, a celebration of local food, wine and beer artisans. The evening serves as a fundraiser for the Pike Place Market Foundation.

I recently took Anne's Truffle Making Class and it was fabulous! I had experience making handmade and molded truffles and the friend who attended with me had no experience making truffles at all, and we both found the class very informative and fun.
