SARAN MEDIA is the owner of the Istanbulls. Founded in 1990, the company provides services in all aspects of media from TV content production, events management, sports and entertainment rights distribution and broadcasting in Turkey.

Tunçay Varol
An Istanbul native who is regarded as one of the most successful active coaches in Turkey. He has dedicated most of his life to boxing and has achieved many titles at national level and was selected to represent Turkey on the national team for 32 matches. After retiring he joined the boxing department of Fenerbahçe, a multi-sports team located in Istanbul as a young coach in 1991, where he went on to develop the talent of many of Turkey’s best boxers, including team manager Birol Topuz himself.

Seyfullah Dumlupınar
Dumlupınar won several Medals as a boxer for the national team, however he had to retire at the age of 21, in an early stage of his career due to an injury. Following his retirement, Dumlupınar started his coaching career in 1992 and had trained 15 boxers for the national team. He participated in the World and European Championships, Mediterranean Games and 2008 Olympics and won over 20 rostrum places with the athletes under his coaching. In recent years his 10 boxers have been selected for the national team.
