CADA has parking spaces available within the Capitol Area (5th-17th, L thru R Street). A listing of parking space availability at our lots is published every Wednesday at 1:00 PM and may be picked up at CADA’s administrative office at 1522 14th Street.
The monthly parking space rates are*:
$120 for an uncovered lot
$130 for a covered lot
$140 for a shared garage
$150 for a private garage
*These figures are subject to change. CADA apartment residents receive a 50% discount off of these rates. Please contact CADA for the most recent information.
