Glyna has a sales background and has been an outside salesperson for the last 15 years, but she also taught elementary school for a few years at the beginning of her professional career.

Glyna and her husband started their first online business 3 years ago and just recently added 2 more.  Even though they have had an online business for a while she just “officially” got involved with the social networking and the blogging aspects of Internet marketing in January.

The knowledge she has gained in the past 6 months has helped her tremendously and she is very thankful to the whole Tribe Intensive Mastermind Community.  That is why she would now like to step up and “pay it forward” to others in the community.

Our mastermind group will focus on how we can all help each other succeed with our online and home businesses.  Each week our members come up with a new topic that will be reviewed the following week.  Our group consists of people who are dedicated to helping everyone who joins us.  We all share the duties of making our group and all its members the best we can be.

Our group will be called the Success Mastermind Tribe and we will be meeting each Monday evening at 9 EST/6 PST. The group’s focus will be supporting each other to develop as leaders and entrepreneurs, and taking our businesses to the next level. My personal niche is Total Success Development for the Entrepreneur, personally and professionally. That is what I want to share with each member of our group (I know we all will have our unique things to bring to the table.

I am passionate about learning new things and meeting new people. I have been involved in the Social Media arena for six months; I started with Jonathan Budd’s seven figure networker and evolved into the Tribe Intensive 2.0. I have owned several of my own businesses including one startup. The current company that I am a stock holder in went public (IPO) just a week ago. We are to be traded on several stock exchanges throughout the world.

I am Mentor Mama.

I was born and raised in wine country, just north of San Francisco., during the hey-day of the sixties and early seventies. I had a very traditional upbringing in a family of six children. Luckily, my parents were strong advocates of education, especially education for women.

As one might expect from a child of the sixties, I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree at U. C. Berkeley. After a few years of working as a retail shoe buyer and then running my own cooking school, I attended law school, graduating #3 in my class and earning my Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Following graduation, I practiced in the areas of Estate Planning and Fiduciary Administration, first for a very large Miami firm, then for a boutique firm in Fort Lauderdale and finally as a sole practitioner. I guess I always had that independent entrepreneurial spirit! During all those years, I routinely taught Legal Writing, Ethics, Fiduciary Administration, and Post Mortem Estate Planning at the University of Miami School of Law.

After we moved back to California, I worked as an Independent Counsel for a boutique firm in Hermosa Beach, raised three children (2 of whom are still teens), and became very active in the community. Over five years ago, I moved into MLM Sales, making the shift last Fall into Internet Marketing.

My true passion is my children and raising them to be productive, independent, and free-thinking individuals. Second is my passion to support other entrepreneurs to make
