BOLO 2011 Refund and Cancellation Policy


Conference cancellations received in writing before September 1, 2011, will be refunded less 25% of the registration fee. Cancellations received between September 1, 2011 and September 26, 2011, will be refunded less 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after September 26, 2011, or registrants who do not attend, are liable for the full registration fee.

If you cannot attend the conference, you may send an alternate. There is no fee for making this change but we do ask that you do so in writing at least 48 business hours before the start of the event. This will give us ample time to prepare for the new attendee.

Requests must be received in writing by e-mail (customer.service@agencyside.net), fax (480-731-4822 ATTN: Lacey Brown) or by U.S. mail (740 S Mill Ave, Suite 210, Tempe AZ 85281 ATTN: Lacey Brown). Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

BOLO will be entirely held at Hotel Valley Ho. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special group rate of $169/night + tax and fees. Rooms are filling fast, so contact the hotel as soon as possible to reserve your room at this special rate: 866.882.4484. We recommend arriving Sunday, October 9th and departing Wednesday, October 12th given the full schedule. The 3P Track runs 2-6pm on Sunday, October 9th, so attendees should plan accordingly.
