Louise's song 'Same Old Same Old' (recorded live at Maida Vale Studios) has been used to promote BBC Introducing on Radio 2 and 6 Music with Jo Whiley. Listen out for it!

Louise recently supported Mitch Winehouse (Amy Winehouse's father)

Louise was a guest on the Jo Goode Show on BBC London Radio station recently talking about her gig with Mitch Winehouse and playing some of her new tracks.

C'est Juste Comme Ca ('How It Is' in French) is out now on iTunes

This is Louise's brand new video for her single 'Weigh a Ton' which is out now on iTunes.

Louise was asked to support the legendary multi- Grammy award winning artist George Benson at the Kenwood House Picnic concert on Saturday July 2nd 2011 (his only UK gig date this year).
She opened the show and performed in front of nearly 6000 people. She won over the crowd and even made a new fan in George Benson himself who watched her set and said he would love to work with her again....

Louise has performed and worked with many distinguished artists over the years including: Example, Ed Sheeran, Katy B, Jessie J, Mikill Pane, Kal Lavelle, The Newham Generals, Mr Hudson, Omar, Sonique, The Holloways, and more recently one of Barack Obama's favourite artists: Anthony David.

Louise was one of the very first artists to play at the brand new venue Boisdale in Canary Wharf on 20th April, the show was recorded live and aired on Jazz Fm

Trevor Nelson has playing Louise's tracks recently on his daytime show on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

Louise headlined two sold out shows at Kensington Roof Gardens for Jazz FM last year.
She performed with her full band both times and had special guest artists
Sharlene Hector (Basement Jaxx), Lifford (Artful Dodger), Lyric L, 3rd Person and Johnny Du Toit share the stage with her.

Louise filmed a live acoustic version of her track 'A Little While Longer' as part of a series of live sessions all filmed in the Broadcast 2000 garden shed.

Louise is the featured artist on a Soulful House cover of Jill Scott's 'He Loves Me'.

The track is produced by Nick Doe and will be released on April 7th on the Restless Soul label..

It has been getting loads of play in clubs among DJ's and loads of hits on YouTube... AND is currently No.1 in the Soulful House charts!

As well as production from 8trak (the title track 'How It Is') the EP features production from Mercury Music Prize nominated producer Drew Horley including 'Same Old, Same Old'.

Louise performed at the opening night of The London Jazz Festival on the 13th November at The Barbican with her full band for an hour's set. What a night! Thanks to everyone who came and supported. Her next live show is at The Jazz Cafe on Sunday 6th December for UK Soul Jam and she'll be performing at Ronnie Scott's on Sunday 13th December for the Soul Family Christmas special...

Louise is currently working on a collaboration with UK Grime act Newham Generals (signed to Dizzie Rascal?s label)

Louise recently filmed a music video for her track 'Same Old Same Old'. The video features the wonderful BBC Radio 1 DJ Ras Kwame & other special guest appearances! She was lucky enough to have the BBC Introducing team filming behind the scenes during the shoot: so watch this space for the video on YouTube and the exclusive 'making of' footage on the BBC website coming soon.

The track was 'tip of the week' on Ras Kwame's Homegrown show on Radio 1xtra back in May along side Mercury Music Prize 2009 winner Speech Debelle which led to both artists being invited to play at Glastonbury 2009 on the BBC Introducing Stage.
