Join us as we reflect and dialogue on the core ideas and systems that catalyzed the formation of Holacracy™. This will be a series of interviews between Brian Robertson and many of the thought leaders or serious practitioners of these systems or frameworks, beginning with an overview call on the History of Holacracy™.

Holacracy offers a comprehensive governance and authority distribution system for the organization, well-beyond just the Integrative Decision-Making Process used in governance meetings to get there.  This topic dissects Holacracy's overall governance constructs and rules, to deepen understanding of just how this distributed authority system works - how it's structured in governance meetings, enacted in day-in-day operations, and evolved through processing tensions.

Holacracy trainings often use the word "ego", yet what is that language construct really pointing to, and how we can use it to better understand and implement Holacracy's deeper effects and potentials?  This topic will explore how Holacracy works with "ego", as the word is used in ego-development theory: the "ego" as both the locus of identity (self-sense), and the central processing unit of meaning-making (the storyteller; i.e. the process by which we make sense of or tell ourselves stories about our experiences and our world). This topic will cover recent advances made at HolacracyOne, including both Holacracy R&D efforts and evolutions in HolacracyOne's business model and programs.  We'll also schedule some calls for general Q&A about Holacracy and HolacracyOne's efforts and programs.
