PERSONALIZATION DELAYS PLEASE NOTE: if you order a personalized item due to Dita travelling much more in recent times it may SUBSTANTIALLY DELAY your order. When we say SUBSTANTIALLY we mean it could delay it by as much as a couple of months! Please keep this in mind if you decide to order a personalized item. Note also that your card will be charged on the day of purchase (unfortunately our processor does not allow deferred charging on shipment). PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept credit card orders for merchandise originating from countries listed on the checkout page. FAKE AUTOGRAPHS! Beware of possible forged signatures sold on other sites. We are seeing an increasing number of these. You can view a genuine sample of Dita's signature here. SHIPPING The following shipping rates apply to all purchases from from dita.net (apart from membership which does not have shipping costs). Mainland US: $6, Europe: $15, anywhere else in the world will be charged at $18. Note that this only applies to items purchased from Dita's sweetshop. Affliated stores have their own shipping charges and policies. Canadian orders have been problematical using regular post - as such we have stopped shipping to Canada except by special request and at additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to order from Canada. PERSONALIZATION DELAYS Personalization requests may delay your order depending on Dita's availability. Please be patient if you ask for an item to be personalized. Should you have any other queries about your order or experience any problems please email sales@dita.net. PERSONALIZATION TERMS Dita reserves the right to refuse any personalizations. Dita will not personalize distasteful or explicit personalizations. If a personalization is refused then Dita will modify the personalization as she see's fit (no refund will be given). Please consider this when ordering personalizations and do not order if you feel there is doubt or that you may be disappointed by this. If you have a special borderline personalization you would like please email sales@dita.net to confirm before ordering. RETURNS We accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations: (i.e. an order processing mistake on our part) If you need to make a return for one of the above reasons please contact us first to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action by emailing sales@dita.net. For most other reasons we do NOT accept returns. However, if you have an issue please email us to discuss it. We DO NOT sell on a SALE or RETURN basis. Any purchase is final.
