StormStruck: A Tale of Two Homes® - Scholarships The StormStruck: A Tale of Two Homes® Scholarship Program offers five $1,500 scholarships aimed at students seeking academic degrees in various areas of study related to disaster mitigation. The scholarships will awarded for three consecutive terms beginning 2012/2013 through 2014/2015. The $22,500 scholarship program was created as a higher education extension of StormStruck: A Tale of Two Homes®, the popular interactive severe weather experience at INNOVENTIONS at Epcot® at the Walt Disney World® Resort. The scholarships are sponsored by the same companies and organizations that sponsor the StormStruck experience: the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes (FLASH®); RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.; WeatherPredict Consulting Inc., an affiliate of RenaissanceRe; Simpson Strong-Tie® and State Farm®. All five $1,500 scholarships are available to master and doctorate-degree students and are as follows:
