    Did you ever want to see the fascinating process of how maple sap is turned into maple syrup? 

    Visit Ioka Valley Farm’s Sugar House and watch the sap flow from the trees through transparent tubing, into our sugar house, and boiled in our evaporators.

    Come, talk to a real sugarmaker and ask your maple
    questions.  Spend some time enjoying the sweet aroma of the maple sap boiling in the massive evaporators. 

    Sugar House is open to visitors whenever we are boiling mid-February through early April.

    Taste our pure Maple Syrup on our Delicious
    Homemade Pancake, Waffle, & French Toast meals
    in the “Calf-A.”
      Our breakfast is a real “farm eating”
    experience complete with choices such as buttermilk, spacer
    blueberry, pecan, chocolate chip pancakes,
    homemade corn muffins, bacon, sausage,
    homemade applesauce, and our Dream Sandwich.

    Calf-A open weekends mid-February through early April, 8am – 3:30pm. 
    Also open President’s week 8am – 12:30pm.
