FASTHockey utilizes leading edge technologies to deliver our content to fans around the world. To ensure you have the best viewing experience, please make sure that you have an up to date Web browser-we recommending using the latest edition of Mozilla Firefox for an optimal experience. Here are some other notes about Web browsers that you should be aware of:

   - We do not support any iDevices at this time due to a conflict between Apple and Adobe.
   - We recommend the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
   - We do not currently support AOL or Google Chrome.

Most video problems can be cleared up pretty quickly by clearing your browses cookies and cache. This process is pretty simple and clears out certain elements that may make your experience less enjoyable. Additional things to think about when video quality becomes an issue:


   - Ideally, a wired computer (not wireless) with at least 640k download speed is best.
   - Wired connections are more stable and reliable than wireless ones.
   - Fiber Optic and cable connections offer the best bandwidth for viewing video.
   - A minimum of 768k download bandwidth availability is recommended.
   - Shared connections (home, school, office, hotel, etc.) can cause the video to pause and buffer.
   - Your browsers security settings may be blocking the content from streaming.
   - Certain networks, espcially corporate and government ones, block video streaming.
   - To test your available bandwidth, you can go to: www.speakeasy.net/speedtest.

It is important to keep in mind that FASTHockey provides the streaming technology & network, video platform, and marketing. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the quality of the production- we do take your comments seriously and will ensure that the teams know when have unhappy fans. Always submit a ticket if you are unhappy with the production quality.

NOTE: The purchase of a live game is separate from the purchase of an on-demand from our-- archives=ach costs one game credit. Live games can only be viewed while the content is streaming live while on-demand games can be viewed as many times as you want for up to 48 hours.
