ScreenNinja is a different kind of screen recording program. It records things that would be too long or boring to watch in real time, but when viewed as a time-lapse video can be interesting or beautiful. You’ve probably seen a time-lapse video of a building, concert or conference hall being set up. Imagine what it would look like to see the process of building your next app, website or work of art sped up in a similar style. That’s what ScreenNinja does.
ScreenNinja 1.0.1 now available!
ScreenNinja 1.0.1 is now available in the Mac App Store! It fixes some very important bugs, so you should update immediately. To celebrate the update being released, ScreenNinja will be $4.99 through Monday January 31st! (regular price: $9.99)
Here’s what we fixed:
- Fixed a bug that was causing a crash on first launch for some users.
- Recordings now begin immediately, instead of waiting one screenshot interval.
- Added a warning if you attempt to quit ScreenNinja while it’s recording.
And we couldn’t help but add a small new feature:
The ScreenNinja Menubar Icon. You can now Start, Stop or Pause your recording from within any application.
