Why
go alone?
Why
go alone? This is the oft-asked question solo travelers
grapple with, whether it springs from deep within or
from the lips of curious friends and worried family
members. "Why aren't you going with someone?"
they ask. Wouldn't it be safer, easier, less intimidating
to travel with a companion?' Why, indeed?

Leave
a paper trail...
If
touring solo for the day remember what Hansel and
Gretel did and leave a trail. Place a note in your
room explaining where you're going. If you don't return
as planned, at least this information can be used
to help track you down.
