RBC seeks to accomplish this through biblical preaching, teaching, and authentic Christian community here in Northern Virginia and around the world. Shepherd Groups
A Shepherd Group is a small group led by trained leaders that meets regularly for the purpose of being changed into the image of Christ through Bible study, fellowship, worship and prayer. As a large church, we believe Shepherd Groups are where authentic Christian community best takes place.
