Ioka Valley Farm’s Calf-A serves Delicious Homemade Pancake, Waffle,
& French toast meals during the Spring Season. 

Taste our fresh maple syrup on a stack of homemade buttermilk or blueberry pancakes with an order of our homemade applesauce or mini corn muffins with our scrumptious maple butter.  For the hearty appetites we offer “Uncle Don’s Favorite” meal with two waffles topped with ice cream, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream, bacon or sausage, homemade applesauce, corn muffins with maple butter.  This is a dining experience not to be missed when visiting the Berkshires!  We’re just 5 mins from Jiminy Peak Resort & a great way to start your spring skiing.

Our unique farm experience encourages visitors to not only enjoy a hearty meal but to learn about the maple sugaring process.  On busy days, we ask those waiting for their table to visit the sugarmaker in the sugarhouse, ask your maple questions, or even try some samples of our maple products. 
A reminder that Maple season in the Berkshires may bring many surprises, it can be snowy or muddy when you come to visit.

The Calf-A is open for pancake meals weekends
mid-February through early April, 8am – 3:30pm. 
Also open President’s week, 8am – 12:30pm.
