I just gave a presentation to the Maryland ColdFusion user group about an experimental framework i've been goofing around with. In a nutshell it looks and feels just like MVC-Fusebox, but has no XML and has no core files. It simply uses CFML and CFCs. It doesn't require any special include files or any extended components. I've added a little javascript to the blog so now you get a preview of all links without having to actually go to the page. If snap doesn't have the link, it takes a few seconds, but once someone has moused over the link, the rest of us get it pretty quick. Just wanted to play with this before deciding whether or not to recommend it to clients (which I'd be much more wary of). You can give this a try yourself if you're interested. What does anyone think?

Downloaded the Flash Player 9 r28 Debug version today and found that i no longer get any trace() output to my log file. Had to revert to Player 8 Debug as the only 9 version on the Adobe site is r28. (Previous 9 Debug version was working, but I over-wrote my older 9 debug install with the new one -- same filenames, ya know) I don't see any information in TechNotes or anything on the site, but if someone has any info, please post. When I was having display issues with BootCamp, I unplugged my external FW drive a few times to make sure XP didn't try to boot off of it. Well, my FW drive seems a bit screwed at the moment.My Lacie shows up in Disk Utility in OS X. However, selecting it doesn't help as the options at the bottom remain greyed out. The fact DU saw the drive is good. I ran System Profiler, and under Firewire, the drive is listed. Good.However, I got Disk Warrior, ran that and it doesn't see the FW drive. I got Dr

A buddy of mine today went to MicroCenter in Boston and picked up a Zune player.
