You can expect quality from us: All of our fish are processed under rigid standards and procedures strictly controlled by our approved HACCP Plan. Our Sitka, Alaska facility is Kosher certified and can provide you with Kosher certified Sablefish, Halibut and troll caught King, Coho and Chum Salmon.
