My First $250 Day
Ive been an internet marketer now for almost 4 years and Ive seen and done a lot. I have failed more times than I can count, ive wasted hundreds of hours doing the wrong things, bought products, ebooks and courses which were garbage
I have made some fairly good money with niche sites over the last couple of years but for the last year ive been trying to build my business a lot more with a long term focus in mind and building a stable income with my own products
After all the blood sweat and tears all the hard work is finally paying off
I have recently had “My First $250 Day”
In fact its more like “$286.90
I have recently launched my new WSO “Avalanche List Building” video course where I teach my exact list building system I use each and every day to build my business. Its a solid system which is stable and won`t ever crumble or fail (EVER) because your building a customer base and loyal fans for life
Here`s a screen shot of my wso pro account. Almost all of this first screen shot ($286.90 is made up from my own promotions and NO affiliate sales as my affiliate sales didnt really start rolling in until a couple of days after I had launched my course
I know I have launched a new product and initially the sales do come flooding in but im still very happy with the results
Things havent really slowed down much either here`s the 2 days after the launch
Ive also been managing to have $150+ days every day since launching avalanche list building which is cool
I havent shown you this to brag but to show you the sort of results which you can achieve with a bit of hard work and persistance
It`s been a lot of hard work and persistance but was it worth it?
Yes absolutely
If your starting out or your still in the process of getting things together then never forget that if you never give up it will be impossible for you to fail. I know there is a lot of hype surrounding exactly what you should be doing but if you continue to push forward and take constant action (even if its sometimes wrong then you will succeed)
I look back and im actually now glad that I failed as many times as I did because I now know a lot more about what works and what doesnt so Im able to offer better advice to others that are in the same situation as I once was
What you should do is decide on a particular model to make money which is (do-able) and then hit it with everything you have got for at least 6 months and then see where you are 6 months later. Once your making some income you can then maybe dive into creating your own products and building a list once you have some results under your belt
If however you already have some results and experience then by all means start building a list
What ever you do NEVER give up
Im just a normal guy that has crawled through the trenches of all the internet marketing fluff and hype and come out the other side a better person but unfortunately some never come out of the tunnel and end up getting lost
Keep working at it, don`t worry about failures its all normal and part of the fun and above all NEVER give up

Avalanche List Building – How to Create a Google Proof Online Business
If you have been reading my blog for any length of time then you would of realized that im a firm believer in creating income streams which are both stable and profitable
If you want to have a stable and profitable online business then you need to start thinking long term and stop thinking about short term or quick profits
You also need to stop relying on search engines for the bulk of your traffic which in turn makes you most of your online income
Search engines are great for getting traffic, Ive had hundreds of thousands of visitors from search engines over the last few years but that doesnt mean I keep doing it
Why?
Because if your making most of your income by relying on search engine traffic then it`s an accident waiting to happen
By all means use google, yahoo and bing to get extra traffic to your sites and blog but you should NEVER rely on these traffic sources alone to make you money because to put it quite simply… you DONT own and have no control over these traffic sources
This brings me onto my next point and as the title says “How to Create a Google Proof Online Business”
Creating a “google proof” business is the best thing you can do online and the best investment of your time you will ever make as an internet marketer. When I say google proof im talking about not relying on google for most of your traffic and having a business which would still be profitable and stable if you were to lose most of your search engine traffic
The best way to do this is creating “online assets” which will build and flourish over time
The best online asset you can ever build is an email list of prospects and customers. By building an email list you are expanding your business every single time a new subscriber enters your email list. This is a much better way of using your time than relying on google traffic day in day out to then go to your site and hopefully either click and ad or buy an affiliate product
There`s nothing wrong with having affiliate sites or adsense sites, I still love building them and seeing those commissions come in but you MUST be building online assets at the same time, or at least start building your online assets as soon as you are able to
You have to ask yourself (is your online business really stable?)
….or are you just kidding yourself?
Ive known for over 2 years that list building is the most important aspect of an internet business but I didnt take it seriously untill about 6 months ago. Since Ive been focusing more on list building I have created a much more stable income
The way I have done this is Ive been using a particular list building/business building method which is super effective

2012 Challenge – February Income Report
Well here we are again with another month passed.
So how did I do?
Well the target for February was $200
I managed to make $253.15
So I managed to make an extra $53 more than the target which was cool but I should of made a lot more
Why?
Well, at the start of February I changed one of my offer pages but I didnt check it properly after I had changed it and the payment button wasnt even working…Doh!
This went on for around 3 days before I realized something was up and then I checked the page which was when I noticed the paypal button wasnt working…what an idiot
So I lost a fair bit of income from that mistake alone
Not to worry though, we live and learn, I just know now to double check everything after making changes

Ive made some tweaks to my campaigns in february which have now made my campaigns much more profitable. Im also tracking everything now so I can see exactly where all of my buyers are coming from
Im still leaving a lot of money on the table though because my sales funnels could be a lot more profitable by adding more products. I wont go into detail right now about it, but once I make the changes I will report my results
This month of march is going to be a little more tricky as the target is $500 but I am releasing a new avalanche list building product on wednesday 7th march as a WSO so that will give me a good boost of income for march
Im really looking forward to updating again on April 1st as this month is going to be very interesting
