Review: So as soon as I opened this book I knew I was going to love it! The cover and the awesome words used by the awesome ladies at random house to describe this book made me so anxious to read it! And I am glad I did!

A girl that loves the feeling of being "Struck" by lightning? Who comes up with this awesomeness? Jennifer Bosworth that is who! So original! So exciting so climactic and just beyond incredible!
Mia the bad ass girl who has a connection to the storm that caused the earthquake that devastated L.A., and she doesn't know why.... two warning cults rise to power and both claim to have the answers that Mia is seeking. The alluring sexy Jeremy warns her away from them, but what is he hiding? soon, Mia discovers that she is part of a devastating power.... can she save the world?.... or destroy it?
I love when the girls the super hero! that everything depends on her. Jennifer has written this book in such a way that makes you proud to be a women. As soon as I opened the book I was sucked into it! Fast paced from the beginning which I loved! on edge from the very first page. One of my favorite things about this novel was the fact is was set in three days... that must be a hard thing to write but Jennifer has done it so well 373 pages of pure faultlessness!

I think its descriptive and effective. Jennifer has created word images so vivid that it is almost like watching a movie. She takes you for a romp through wrecked LA and you find yourself  in an action packed suspenseful event with the followers and seekers, that had my heart facing and had me excited from beginning to end.

Let's talk about the immense characters who were not at all two dimensional! they jumped out at you through the page especially Jeremy! with his Piercing blue eyes. Jennifer has written him so seductively that you cant help but get excited when hes in a scene. Then there is the badass loyal chick Katrina who is sneaky but you cant help but love her. And of course there is the lead the astonishing addictive character Jennifer has written perfectly which is Mia.

So I suggest you guys pick up this book in May because if your a fan of The Hunger Games or even the TV show Misfits then this is a spectacular book for you!
