Latest List of Reads

spacer I’m a turtle when it comes to reading. Nestling under my blankets at night, I pull out a paperback or my Kindle and read for about 10 minutes. I’ve tried hardcovers but they usually fall on my face when my eyelids start drooping. That hurts. Sometimes I pull my reading material out while I’m sitting on the F train on  my way to work. If I think I have to compete for room with the person who’s jostling the NY Times next to me, I usually give up. The ride from Brooklyn to Manhattan is short. I sometimes use the 20 minutes to daydream about seeing a straphanger reading one of my novels. A woman can dream can’t she?
