As many of you know, Pennsylvania's highways are again the worst in the country after relinquishing that title to Louisiana for two years. The latest survey from Overdrive magazine, who bestowed the Commonwealth with that title for 13 out of the 19 years of the survey, ranks Pennsylvania as again having the worst.
