Message From The Chief

Welcome to the Scottsville Rescue Squad website.

The Scottsville Rescue Squad is a growing and progressive provider of Emergency Medical Services (E.M.S.), serving the residents and visitors of the Village of Scottsville, the Wheatland Fire Protection District and the Chili/Scottsville Fire Protection District. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality emergency services in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Our staff of professional volunteers operate two ambulance vehicles, from the Fire and EMS facility on Scottsville Mumford Road. Our administrative and operational supervisory staff consists of a Chief, one Captain and two Lieutenants.

In addition to providing EMS to our community and surrounding communities, we assist local Fire Departments to provide an "all hazards" approach to incident management and mitigation to our community.

We believe in giving back to our community through our outreach programs, offering blood pressure screening and no cost CPR and AED training to members of our community. We aim to follow our motto, of being "Positive, Progressive and Professional In Service"
