Chez Pierre is one of Tallahassee’s oldest restaurants and has become a local favorite. Chez Pierre first opened its doors in October of 1976 in downtown Tallahassee as a fine-dining restaurant.
Eric Favier became the owner of Chez Pierre in 1991 and moved the location to Midtown in 1996.
After years of being know for its upscale cuisine and dining experience, Eric had the vision to take the restaurant in a new direction and to a new level. In 2007, Chez Pierre began its transition to bistro-style dining to adapt to changing trends.
